Drink & Draw — figures from memory
A loose figure-drawing night — bring a pen, we bring the model, the paper, and the first espresso. All skill levels welcome.
Cyanotype on the patio
Learn the old blueprint process on the back patio — sun, paper, and a little chemistry. Materials included, you leave with prints.
Quiet open mic (poetry, soft songs)
An open mic for the quieter side — poems, finger-picked songs, short stories. Three minutes each, lights stay low, no amps.
Studio visit: Cha on the Cha Chos
Cha walks through the Cha Chos — how a sketchbook full of marginalia became the characters that anchor the café and the brand.
Maker's market — zines & ceramics
A dozen Denver makers take over the café for an afternoon — zines, ceramics, prints, and small textiles. Espresso bar open all day.
First Friday — new wall, new show
First Friday in the Santa Fe Art District — a new resident artist's work goes up on the back wall, mezcal at the door, music slow.
Recurring rituals.
